Support using provided date as is, when calculating moon or sun times

Ported from the patch in https://github.com/rejuvenate/lovelace-horizon-card

This PR adds the capability to use the provided date without modifications (when computing the sun/moon times). By default the lib will try to use the date but at noon. With this new flag, it will skip the 'but at noon' part.
