When getting songs from a youtube playlist, the maximum page size is 50. right now I'm only getting a single page; really we should be able to loop and retrieve...
they should be accessed through interfaces. (can youtube and soundcloud be behind the same kind of interface? will i be able to implement more audio-streaming sites through the same interface?)

Right now it always lets channel ops do these commands. you should be able to configure a list of people allowed to do it, and also either enable or disable...
When I tried having it this way before, it didn't display on firefox at all
