Alice White, Bob Smith (with two spaces before "Bob") seems to be parsed so that the second author's surname is "Bob Smith" and his firstname is "".

Extra spaces before and after commas are already handled. This error was not generated in Tiré-à-part but imported from the old database.

However, extra spaces between firstname and surname are not handled.
