Need to enable overlays by default while using megabezel.

Achieve: see decorative overlays when launching any game for the selected system without having to manually enable it.

What I don't want: I want to set it so ALL games have them enabled by default. No "per game one-time enable".

Retroarch doesn't have github. Retroarch on reddit deletes new users questions.
