Private Schemas are visibile in the schema list when user not logged in

The schema is listed in the schema list;

There is an issue with the way the schema list is updated, this will be fixed in : https://github.com/Hyperfoil/Horreum/issues/899

The schemas are not leaked for an unauthorized user, but the cached view is displayed, so if a user logs in, views schemas and logs out, the cached view of schemas it still displayed in the UI
