Add support to basic auth in horreum clients

Feature idea.

with the introduction of #1711 Add machine account is now possible for clients to log in with basic authentication for these machine accounts.

Additional information

there may be some deployments where machine accounts are still manged in OIDC provider, and therefore we cannot remove that option.
