Have an additional tab page on Administration to view in-progress Re-calculation jobs.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to view re-calculation tasks that are running. Seeing the user who initiated, the Test, re-calculation options selected. The ability to cancel a task. Optional: An email sent to the user informing them the task has been cancelled. Providing an email address to contact to discuss reasons for cancelling the task.
