Add api operation to load Schema by name.

Feature idea.

Users regularly link to Horreum Schema objects in documents. These links load the Schema by id. If by regular day to day tasks such as deleting a Schema and Importing the same schema it is created with a new identifier. This means using links (byName) to a schema are timeless.

Add an operation to the api to load by schema name.
