Changing the control layout

I was wondering if you could please change the control layout? It would make more sense if you could change Y as C left and X as C right and use the touch screen for C up and C down.

I don't want to change the control layout at this point; it might cause confusion. If I get around to it, I'd rather make the controls configurable by the user. I need to figure out the best way to do this, though.

Thank you for replying to my issue. I thought this project had died. It must be pretty annoying getting bugged by many people to change control schemes though. It would be cool, though, to change the control scheme on the actual DSi using the bottom screen or something. You have already found the solution, but how would you implement that?

Anyways, I’m leaving this issue open if anyone else wants to chime in. I’m also gonna leave this open so people don’t make another issue complaining about the control scheme.
