[Wii U] ProcUI is not implemented, exiting softlocks in the Aroma environment

NooDS on Wii U currently does not run correctly under the latest Aroma environment. The Home Menu is unable to open and using the built in exit function just softlocks the console. This is an indication that it was only designed to run from the legacy Homebrew Launcher.
