Add ability to launch app and games via external commands

Being able to launch apps via a command in an app such as Daijisho would be useful for organizing app libraries. See https://github.com/magneticchen/Daijishou/issues/151

This seems similar to #97. Is there a way to manually configure an emulator with that frontend? The activity name is com.hydra.noods.FileBrowser, and the key is LaunchPath.

Was going through old issues and noticed no one had added NooDS to Daijishou. I confirmed it works with your command and I added it to the list thanks!
