A suggestion feature that uses forums

Describe the solution you'd like A feature in Lily that makes her add more than one "default" reactions to forum posts made by users in a suggestion forum channel.

What do you mean by a suggestion forum channel? Also note this issue is dependent on #263 so I'll be placing it on hold for now.

Basically what lily does is add a "yes" and a "no" reaction to forum posts in a designated suggestion forum

yea because it would be a pain to manually set up the reactions
