Can you please tell me how you fixed it? It's really bothering me. Please be specific.

I FOUND.

🧰 Step-by-step Solution

Step 1: Clear old theme settings

hydectl theme clear

This removes any corrupted or outdated theme configurations.

Step 2: Re-import all available themes

hydectl theme import --fetch all

This downloads and restores all default HyDE themes.

Step 3: Apply the default color theme

hydectl theme apply default

This ensures the system uses a clean, stable theme before making other changes.

Step 4: Disable automatic color scheme changes when the wallpaper changes This is the most important step. Run:

hydectl config set auto_color_scheme false

This stops HyDE from automatically generating and applying new color palettes every time your wallpaper changes.

Step 5: Reload all services hyde --reload hyprctl reload

This applies all the new settings without needing a full system restart.
