Official support for FreeBSD :)

Use Case

Preserve the familiarity of Hyprland's fantastic desktop environment experience for those looking to daily-drive FreeBSD.

I've thus far ported over enough to get a usable setup with extremely minimal changes, shown by the screenshots below.

Alternatives

I'm an OS enthusiast and love experimenting with different Kernels & userspaces. In the future I'd love to explore adding support to GNU GUIX, and Redox OS as well.

can you check the pm.sh script in ~/.local/lib/hyde/pm.sh, that's our package manager translator. If we can translate other distros then It should be easy to make a custom installation script for them.
