feature request: also receive NMEA 0183 messages from GLONASS and GLONASS+GPS devices

In addition to NMEA 0183 messages from GPS devices (i.e. $GP messages), this software could probably also receive messages from GLONASS devices ($GL) and GLONASS+GPS ($GN).
