知乎和github的ICON无法完全显示

在gitpage上面部署的时候，遇到 （_include/head.html)和 http://cdn.bootcss.com/fastclick/1.0.6/fastclick.min.jhs (_include/footer.html)的http的cdn导致无法获得，好像是gitpage必须通过https访问其cdn。在huxblog中，使用的是https的cdn，并且这两个库的版本也更新，是以前的旧版本，没有更新？
