Make libdrawille C89 compliant

I really like your port of libdrawille and would like to use it in one of my projects. Unfortunately, my code is strictly C89 compliant and, therefore, incompatible with your library. Since libdrawille is very small by design making it compatible with C89 may enhance your port. So, what do you think?
