Add Roccat support

You should start by complaining to Roccat for not providing an SDK. Nobody can easily/reliably write third-party software for their stuff until they do.

Well, lots of people already complained, are they the only one who didn't release a SDK?

As far as I know. SteelSeries is the other one that's been requested, but it's my fault for not implementing support yet.
