Feat(Core): Add Class helpers widget

Class helper

The class helper is a widget that displays information about the weapon the local user is using at the moment. This feature will be split into 3 parts:

Part 1: Extremely necessary

• Charge Blade
• Insect Glaive
• Long Sword
• Switch Axe
• Dual Blades
• Gun Lance

Part 2: QoL but not necessary

• Light Bowgun
• Heavy Bowgun
• Bow
• Hammer
• Greatsword
• Sword and Shield
• Lance

Part 3: Most complex to implement

• Hunting Horn

Note This widget will also display Wirebug buffs for each weapon, Safii'jiva hit counters and whatever else other information that are weapon-dependent
