how to add additional button

I want to add additional buttton 'truncated' like 'difficult', evrything is ok but get_str. I konw that string_bundle build id_to_message by resource/strings/string.properties. But after add truncated to this properties file, get_str still cannot find truncated. Is there anything I miss?
