Maximum size of audio segment during selection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One of the requirements I had was that the selection I am making when selecting an audio region had some constraints like it needed to have a fixed length ( For example 100ms) or the region should be greater than or less than some duration.

Describe the solution you'd like A tag like maxSelectionSize==500 or defaultSelectionSize=100 that will set limits on the selection of audio

Describe alternatives you've considered I am right now exporting the data, cropping the selected regions and padding/shrinking the regions based on my constraints
