Invert default ctrl+mouse wheel zoom behavior

Describe the solution you'd like When zooming into images of annotations using ctrl+mousewheel, it is unintuitive, it's backwards.

current behavior: mouse wheel-up zooms in, and mousewheel down zooms out desired behavior: mouse wheel-down zooms in, and mousewheel up zooms out ( just like in every other application)

Describe alternatives you've considered having an option to change this (in the case that the default won't be changed)

This is annoying. For one thing, its reversed to all other labeling software i've tried. And also by being ctrl+scroll, if you do it outside the image window it zooms out the whole web page.
