Plot more than one time series per channel
For visual inspection and labeling of a time series, I would like to have the possibility to plot more than one time series in the same channel. One is the actual signal that I want to label and the second one is a reference signal. I am not aware of the possibility to do it in the current version of label-studio. Can you point to me to the solution if it is already available. Thanks!
@matteogabba Unfortunately LS doesn't support this yet.
Hi @makseq, Thanks for the quick reply. Are you planning to implement it?
It depends on number of this feature request. Why do you need to have it?
I would like to overlay at least two traces on the same plot (Channel) to label features which are clearly visible only when the traces are overlaid.

Is it also possible to load one file with columns: [timestamp, sensor 1, sensor 2, ..., sensor n, gps_lat, gps_long] and do cross annotation? Selected data on map will be selected on the timeseries and available for annotation?
@ellaroyce Yes, it's possible, but each column will be presented as separate channel.
+1 on this feature request, it seems pretty crucial to identify when 2 signals cross each other in a particular way.
+1 for this feature request. Use Case: Overlaying multiple signals of normal operation with the target one for easier labeling of repetitive processes as seen in manufacturing.
By the way. This was also requested in #1638.
Yes! That would be a really great feature!
Similar to checking for overlap, this feature would be helpful for imposing a low-high range over a time series for easy identification of when values are in a low, normal or high range.
+1 for this feature request. Use Case: We are trying to recognize specific activities based on 6-axis IMU sensors in mobile phones. Those specific activities are much more recognizable for the labelers if they can see the signals of the 3-axis accelerometer (x, y, z) together in one channel and the signals of the 3-axis gyroscope (x, y, z) together in a separate channel.
@makseq Is there any chance that this feature will be added in the near future?
@pezosanta seems it's a most wanted feature across all time series feature, so I think it is in our top-priority list of time-series updates. @hogepodge Let's track it.
+1 on the feature request. Use case: We are currently working on detection of specific sounds in videos, and in the case of Time Series, it would be immensely helpful to distinguish the case of multiple desired sounds happening at the same moment.
Use case: I have time series sensor data. I have three sensors with three values. For some of the annotation steps it would be much easier to annotate a sensor with its three values instead of seeing nine charts.
@creadicted @Darius-Liesis do you expect to have some button like "show all in one" to enable this mode for all channels? Or you need to merge only specific channels?
+1 for this feature request! The same case as @creadicted

any updates on this feature ?
I've updated our internal feature request tracker with the number of requests for it.
Would also love this feature as well! Following for updates :) Thank you!
