Could it be that some new Github users who specifically created their accounts just to ask "Where code" didn't quite understand what forking repo means and just did it to make sure they didn't miss out anything? :trollface:

Or, the most likely answer, the stars and forks were purchased, since 140 forks and 3000 stars is around 100$ on most sellers
