Missing functions: remove previous vote / downvote a comment

PROBLEM Seems like the UI allows the user only to upvote a comment but not downvote or just remove the vote previously given.

FEEDBACK I feel those functionalities are a key part of the voting system: better have all of them or none of them. Is it something in development or just not planned (weird)?
