"Report Abuse" button on Contribution and Comment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Given I read offensive content, e.g. a post or a comment by a user, I would like to report abuse of the guidelines and tell the moderation team about the content.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a button next to each contribution or comment that sends some notification to the moderation team.

Describe alternatives you've considered A first solution would be a link mailto:[email protected] styled as a button. A user could use his or her email program to send the notification.

seems good to me, however consider placing that flag icon on the right corner as I feel that's the usual place for "more actions". I think we will have a few more actions soon and moving stuff around all day can lead to confusion.
