Can-Do comments: Text formatting for some fields is ignored

Describe the bug Text formatting of the fields "Title - Why?" and "Why is this Can Do useful?" is ignored when in non-editing mode. It appears as plain text (no title, no bulleted lists).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create/edit a Can-Do
2. Fill in the fields "Title - Why?" and "Why is this Can Do useful?".
3. Click the Publish/Update button.
4. Read the Can-Do.

Expected behavior The text formatting from the editor is applied.
