Curtail Enroll in translation infrastructure

It doesn't seem like Curtail currently supports any translation infrastructure (e.g. Weblate or Damned Lies). This is a soft requirement for being a member of GNOME Circle, so it would be good to have it sorted out (although it's not a super urgent matter).

As a member of Circle, Curtail is eligible for inclusion in GNOME's translation system, Damned Lies. More info about this can be found in the Membership Guide.

@FineFindus enrolled their app, Hieroglyphic, recently, which is also hosted here on GitHub. It looks like a pretty straightforward process.

I can confirm that it was very easy, although the automatic commit of translations is currently broken, but I'm sure that will be fixed soon :)
