Probably linked to your own runner, I had issue on mine where the git version was too old for example.
we are also experiencing this issue at Pl@ntNet, [job log](https://github.com/plantnet/status/runs/4140448190?check_suite_focus=true). Maybe double check with another uptime provider to see if this is a real issue or an upptime issue?
