No installation instructions

Thanks for maintaining this agent! It would be nice if you provided brief installation instructions in README.md. For example, for Linux:

sudo bash
cd ~plex/"Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins"
git clone https://github.com/HuggableSquare/DVDOrderAgent.bundle.git
/etc/init.d/plexmediaserver restart
exit
