A proper CLI

There are several things we could improve in the way the CLI works

  • chimi [glob1] [globN] instead of chimi -f [glob1]
  • allow subcommands
    • help (only works as a flag)
    • init (?)
    • maybe in the future we'll have some other like interactive mode
