Decoded text and reference text are not pointed at the same article in evalall

When I run evalall, the text in decoded and the text in reference do not point at the same article. I checked that the data binaries are written correctly (article + @highlight + reference).

This problem occurs only with end2end training.

Do you have any suggestion?
