Yum update won't work any more

The update location no-longer holds the "JPerkster:" folder.

This occurs during a yum check-update:

So is there a new repo? If not, then shouldn’t this git and its instructions be removed?

The only method I've found that works is that one described here. I suggest using that, rather than this apparently abandoned Git product.
