try to use 'basic scripts' template breaks RS

_Ubuntu Studio 18.04 Python version: 3.6.9 Qt version: 5.9.5 PyQt version: 5.10.1

Version 0.9.0 built from last sources_

'Basic scripts' template doesn't load and makes RS unable to load a session or to quit. Error : impossible to read /home/[...].xml
