Deleted clients still prevent from using the same ID

A deleted client with an ID still prevents from using this ID in a new client, unless you edit raysession.xml and delete the <DeletedClients> section.

Normal. Delete moves a client to the trash. You have to remove it definitely from the trash to re-enable the client_id.

The trash is at top right of the session panel, at the right of the save session button.

ahah, I think I've got it. Trash icon is kept from desktop icon theme. You may not have 'trash-empty' icon in your desktop icon theme.
