Add JACK metadata support

See Qjackctl which support JACK metadata.

Ideally the GUI implementation of this feature, should fit with the possibility to show / hide nsm clients from Patchance (or Patchance derived tool if it doesn't fit the design goals of Patchance itself). I think in RaySession one clicks (left click) the label to show hide a client, this might interfere with the possibility to edit the label as JACK metadata.
