URL shortening service doesn't redirect immediately.

The short URL's generated by the program (using hec.su) will not redirect to the target URL directly. Instead, it has a 10s countdown before redirecting. FBI does not work with this, which makes the program rather useless.

Was fixed in #22. Mind pushing a new release so people don't have to compile for themselves?
