The CIA installs instantly without downloaing it

Everytime I scan the QR code it installs instantly and it doesn't download the game. Why is that?

You mean the part in FBI that says QR Code Install?

I think, and forgive me since I am and end-user myself, that the option in FBI that says QR Code Install is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.

Hmm, but why isn't it downloading the game? I scan the code and it doesn't download the game. Then when I attempt to scan the qr code multiple times it gives me an error. Last week I downloaded a game and it was working fine. Now when I scan a qr code it won't download or install the game.
