Headers with dashes are not sent during init

Describe the bug

When using a header such as X-API-KEY the header is not sent during the init, it seems the dashes are what breaks the regex.

Thanks for reporting this. Just to confirm, this happens when you run npx houdini@latest init right? Can you also share your command line?

I'm going to close this since its gone a bit stale and we dont have a reproduciton. If you have the time to put one together @jcodeio i'd love to take a closer look
