[Suggestion]: Depend on citizens

Citizens would make it a lot easier to control/manage the bot and make it compatible with tons of versions.

I'm not exactly sure why citizens isn't used, but iirc it was a combination of:

• citizens being paid (yes its free but spigotmc page is paid)
• Not having complete control over the entity implementation (source: vc)

TPlus originally did use citizens

I won't be porting this project over to citizens as that would mean deleting 90% of the code and rewriting it from scratch, which I don't have time for, and this project is (mostly) dead.

From my experience with citizens, depending on it doesn't exactly mean you can support multiple versions, as they often rename classes etc...
