Implement rescan logic similar to zen-core

Currently there is no clear way to see the related boxes for the secret added after that box was processed in the wallet during block apply. We should implement rescan logic similar to the MC one, so to be able in a safe way scan the chain from the beginning and store the data core and application wallets are interested in.
