[FEAT] 自定义通知消息格式

In telegram notification, message is not shown. Only message with (#found keyword) is shown in notification. Is it possible to show full message via bot in notification same like what source channel notification shows.

私有频道的订阅可能会有这种情况。

message类型会有多种，显示源信息实现起来有点困难。如果有好的办法当然可以参考😀

1677850202111 1677850202116 You can see as reference, the same message from source channel have preview like this in notification. But bot display found keyword only and no message. If it includes keyword and message as combined message may be it displays in notification fully. If it is implemented it will nice. Thanks
