It shouldn't convert apostrophes on html

On my end this is converting the apostrophe sign to the html entity " . There should be a way to prevent this, and it should false by default. It breaks scripts.

have you found a solution for this? it's annoying that I have all my compiling automated except for having to run a find and replace for apostrophes everytime i use my minified html
