What do you propose? I don't really feel like maintaining a list of other peoples instances and I can't vouch for them. The host of the instance mentioned at that link seems to not really know what he is doing.

Well, For projects like yours. There will be new instances for sure. If they wanna make it public and add to your list. I would suggest to set a guidelines and an issue template for submitting instances to your list. If they follow, then add and maintain an instance list.

This would give users more choice you can specify Community instances and Official instances like https://viewtube.wiki/about/instances if you want just a idea.

This would also help balance some of the traffic you get on the official instance.

also seems to be another Community instance. I don't host this instance https://neuters.privacyfucking.rocks/ I think https://codeberg.org/HeyMika seems to own this instance https://codeberg.org/gothub/gothub/issues/135

Seems like people are interested in hosting instances. hopefully you will consider have a list of Community instances.
