tmux: add --enable-sixel

  • [x] Does your build pass brew audit --strict <formula> (after doing HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew install --build-from-source <formula>)? If this is a new formula, does it pass brew audit --new <formula>?

As of tmux 3.4, Sixel is supported by specifying --enable-sixel option when building. https://github.com/tmux/tmux/blob/608d113486835515e7a89b1511704440c68ae817/CHANGES#L13 So I added the option to brew's recipe.
