Problem formulae
This is a list of formulae which have available updates, but have not been able to be updated.
This is due to build failures, test failures, or other issues.
This tracking list serves to highlight formulae where community help is needed.
Formulae are split into broad categories, with categorization being best effort based on available data from existing PR's.
Links are to PR's which have had the best progress getting the formulae updated.

as they likely have different causes to be solved by different groups

dhall should work now as https://github.com/dhall-lang/dhall-haskell/pull/2542 is resolved, I'm not up for making a bump PR as the previous person was just closed as a duplicate.
