No icon for domain - Frontend Warning

With having this great miele component up an running, I saw a lot of warnings in the frontend regarding the custom domain used from this integration ('miele') and the way, how home assistant frontend will initializes the objects.

I think, that it will not be possible to fix it from the custom-component side, until using a default domain.

Is there any workaround for this?

Running on latest Home Assistant 2024.01.6 within Home Assistant OS in a VM.
