SIM800L not working with Hologram Cloud Message (but works with SMS message)

Thank you for this wonderful code you share here.

In my case (I am using a SIM800L (core board) and Arduino Uno) everything works fine but I can not recieve messages from Hologram Cloud Message. I can recieve messages via SMS messages. On Hologram site it says "The Hologram Dash does not support receiving cloud messages. You must use SMS to send data to the Dash." Is it the same case with SIM800L?
