JOYPRO WILL NOT LAUNCH

Just downloaded build 9 and after unzipping and trying to open in Windows 11. What have I done wrong

Does it crash ? (Creates a "unhandledexception" file next to joypro exe) or is it just taking longer as in a couple of minutes to boot up? You can try if it starts faster with "-nokeyboard" argument

Also by build 9 you mean v0092?

I have a identical issue. The app crashes. it creates a log, 20231130044836.UnhandledException and 20231130044836.DispUnhandledException files, which I have included. I did not build from source and only tested the release 92 and 91.

One of the log files says it cannot find 'SlimDX.dll', but the file does exist in the JoyPro folder.

My computer: Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎2023-‎11-‎23 OS build 22621.2715

To Recreate:

1. Download version 92 as a zip file (I got the same issue with 91 as well)
2. Extract the file
3. Run JoyPro.exe and then run anyway
4. It will crash and write the log files.

The log files are all renamed .txt afterward to allow me to include them on the GitHub issue. 20231130045504.UnhandledException.txt log.txt 20231130045504.DispUnhandledException.txt

I hope this helps.

Looks like you are missing the dependency. go into your Requirements folder inside joypro and install the slimdx requirements.

That worked, thank you very much. I just went into the requirements folder and used the installer inside.
