Upgrade to a newer Mujoco version

Since Mujoco has a newer version, 3.3.0, I would like to ask how to upgrade from 2.3.7 to 3.3.0.

You could change line 3 and 8 in Makefile and line 65 in CMakeLists.txt. Then compile it.
